Users are responsible for providing accurate information regarding pickup/drop locations, the nature of goods, and contact details. Any delays or issues arising from inaccurate information will be the responsibility of the user.
Service quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual distance, load volume, and any additional services requested. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule.
While we take utmost care of your goods, EVGO Movers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any loss or damage during transit is limited to the terms specified in the individual service agreement.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the timing of the cancellation and any costs already incurred by the company.
